Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed through phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS before shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or suspicious orders.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in the applicable local currency.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Customers using Cash on Delivery must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Delays may occur due to logistics, public holidays, weather conditions, or supplier-related issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in restriction from future COD orders.
Incorrect address or unreachable phone numbers may lead to order cancellation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the order.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

يتم شحن المنتجات مباشرة من الموردين إلى العملاء.
باستخدام هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.
2. الطلبات والتأكيد
جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوفر المنتجات والتأكيد.
قد يتم تأكيد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب أو الرسائل النصية قبل الشحن.
نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات غير المؤكدة أو المشبوهة.
3. الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تكون بالعملة المحلية المعتمدة.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
يجب على العملاء الذين يختارون الدفع عند الاستلام دفع المبلغ كاملًا عند التسليم.
4. الشحن والتوصيل
أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع وشركة الشحن.
قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات بسبب الخدمات اللوجستية أو العطل الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية أو مشاكل الموردين.
نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن.
5. الدفع عند الاستلام
يجب التأكد من توفر شخص لاستلام الطلب عند التوصيل.
رفض استلام الطلب بدون سبب واضح قد يؤدي إلى منع استخدام خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام مستقبلًا.
إدخال عنوان خاطئ أو رقم هاتف غير متاح قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الطلب.
6. الاسترجاع والاسترداد
يمكن طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
يتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد خلال 3 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة غير مستخدمة وفي تغليفها الأصلي.
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال وصول منتج تالف أو خاطئ.
7. معلومات المنتجات
نسعى لتقديم صور ووصف دقيق للمنتجات.
قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو التغليف أو التصميم حسب الموردين.
8. تحديد المسؤولية
نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر أو تأخيرات أو أضرار ناتجة عن شركات الشحن أو الموردين أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
9. التعديلات على الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل شروط الخدمة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
