Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Opened or used items
Discounted or clearance products

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير متضرر وفي عبوته الأصلية.
يجب تقديم رقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء.
لن يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع بعد مرور 5 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

بعض المنتجات لا يمكن استرجاعها، مثل:

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم إبلاغك بالموافقة على طلب الاسترداد أو رفضه.

سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 3 أيام عمل.
سيتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس طريقة الدفع أو أي طريقة متفق عليها.
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.
